At PaulaDeenShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
